It takes more than training to develop new skills and behaviour

Creating new skills and behaviours takes more than classroom training.

At Good Company, we design blended learning journeys that combine training, reflection, practice, and real-life application. Before, during, and after the learning sessions.

Together with our clients, we create learning experiences that strengthen engagement, build new capabilities, and support sustainable behavioural change.

Our programmes can be designed as focused learning sprints or larger academies and are supported by virtual platforms, online tools, and train-the-trainer approaches.

We believe that real learning happens when people actively apply, reflect, and grow together.

Personal Development Training - Client Case

Empowering Personal Growth

In the organisation’s bustling daily life, employees were struggling to make time for their own development. The organisation was also growing rapidly through acquisitions and they wanted to ensure newcomers were successfully onboarded to the company culture. As a result, the organisation was keen to initiate a personal development programme for all employees.

A Global Programme

In close collaboration with the organisation, Good Company designed a two-day course titled "Focus – A Personal Development Programme”. Centred around five themes - understanding personal preferences; gaining insight into different types of energy and how personal energy levels impact motivation and engagement; time management for optimising focus windows; establishing a mutual feedback culture; and concrete tools and approaches for ensuring meaningful conversations – the programme’s primary aim was to give participants time to generate and reflect on ideas for personal development.

A Life-Changing Journey

The organisation has received lots of positive feedback about the course, and evaluation scores are very high. Participants say they are more self-aware and better understand what motivates them both personally and professionally. People also commented on improved communication, particularly with colleagues who work differently to them or hold different values. Furthermore, many participants shared that they are proud to be part of a company like the organisation that cares about their personal growth with the highest praise coming from employees who said the course changed their lives.

Good Company has now run more than a dozen programmes for the organisation worldwide.
