In close collaboration with the client, we consider, plan, and design the activities which should happen before, during and after the training days to support the interaction and build-up of experience between and after the training.
As part of the conscious design, we also define how and when the organisation should measure the impact of the learning activities to be able to adjust and refine throughout the learning journey.
