The test explores seven different ways we recharge physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and creatively — and where we may not be prioritizing enough recovery in everyday life.
The purpose of this test is to give you insight into:
- What kinds of rest you naturally recharge from
- And where you may not be prioritizing enough recovery in your daily life
For each one, reflect on:
- How much it helps you recharge
- And how much you prioritize it
You will be presented with ten everyday situations and activities. Answer honestly and intuitively based on what you naturally tend to do.
